Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including: gift cards, downloadable products, perishable goods, and items marked “final sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
